The peculiar product of our winery is the Pinot Nero vinificato in Bianco,
obtained from the juice of red-berry grapes subsequently decoloured through
a natural process before beginning the fermentation.
The most luxurious and most awarded wines among the white selection are
the Pinot Nero in white and the Pinot Grigio, with its very special coppery
colour.
