Pinot Nero Extra dry is definitely one of the best-known wines of the firm. It is a Pinot Nero Charmat or long Martinotti method as it ages nine months in autoclave. Its sugary residue makes it an Extra Dry wine. The Moscato Spumante, a sweet sparkling wine, is also produced through Charmat or Martinotti method.
